Valerie Earrings

These earrings are made from laser cut Tagua, which is then dyed using natural dyeing techniques. The half-moon leads gracefully into a series of dangling Tagua sticks- which alternate between light and dark blue.

Tagua is a vegetable "ivory" made from a nut which is native to south America. 

This piece is handmade by artisans in Ecuador.
